shipping times/Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will apply on orders over $89.00 before taxes within Canada and the USA (*some exclusions apply). If you apply a promo code, shipping is calculated after the code is applied.
We try to get your order out as quickly as possible, but generally, it takes 2-3 business days to process. Once your items are packed and ready to leave our warehouse, average shipping times are approximately 6-9 business days, depending on the time of year.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages via third-party carriers. If a tracking number is provided and shipping confirmation is sent, please follow up directly with the shipping company (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, CanPar, Loomis, etc.) to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist as needed.

Yes, absolutely! We offer free curbside pickup at our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario. Simply choose this option when checking out. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing.

What are essential oils? Why do you use these?
Essential oils are the concentrated oils found in plants (leaves, petals, stems, rind and roots). The spray you notice when you peel an orange, the aroma you smell when you press lavender between your fingers are the essential oils of those plants. Essential oils are composed of naturally occurring chemical compounds which have properties (such as antiseptic and antifungal).
However, new research is indicating that essential oils can have beneficial effects on moods and even memory! It's common for people to mistake synthetic fragrances with essential oils, but once you get on the path of using essential oils in daily life, you'll never go back, and your nose will know the difference!

If you believe your purchase is defective or otherwise problematic, please contact us by emailing sales@maisonapothecare.ca.
We are unable to accept returns for purchases made through other retailers that carry our products. These items must be returned to the respective store. Please check their websites for their return policies.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes! Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and we encourage customers to recycle after use.
Our Lemon Aide bottles are also made right here in Canada!
Can I use Lemon Aide All-Surface Cleaner on wood, stone, or stainless steel?
Yes! Our All-Surface Cleaner is safe for most surfaces, including wood, granite, quartz, tile, and stainless steel. If unsure, test on a small hidden area first.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
At Lemon Aide, we’re proud to say that we source as much as possible from Canada from the alcohol to the labels and even the bottle—produced in Ontario. We're 100% Canadian-owned and operated, and committed to keeping our products clean, effective, and locally made.
