Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will apply on orders over $89.00 before taxes within Canada and the USA (*some exclusions apply). If you apply a promo code, shipping is calculated after the code is applied.

We try to get your order out as quickly as possible, but generally, it takes 2-3 business days to process. Once your items are packed and ready to leave our warehouse, average shipping times are approximately 6-9 business days, depending on the time of year.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages via third-party carriers. If a tracking number is provided and shipping confirmation is sent, please follow up directly with the shipping company (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, CanPar, Loomis, etc.) to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist as needed.

Essential oils are the concentrated oils found in plants (leaves, petals, stems, rind and roots).  The spray you notice when you peel an orange, the aroma you smell when you press lavender between your fingers are the essential oils of those plants.  Essential oils are composed of naturally occurring chemical compounds which have properties (such as antiseptic and antifungal).
However, new research is indicating that essential oils can have beneficial effects on moods and even memory!   It's common for people to mistake synthetic fragrances with essential oils, but once you get on the path of using essential oils in daily life, you'll never go back, and your nose will know the difference!
